Antipolo House and Lot - St. Gabriel Heights
by admin on Nov.28, 2008, under Uncategorized
My aunt is looking for a house and lot in Antipolo and other similar Antipolo properties, so I called up an Avida Land sales consultant at +63.926 680 8747 and sent an email to Jhoanna@AntipoloProperties.com to get more information about having a dream home in Antipolo.
It turns out, one terrific community to live in is St. Gabriel Heights, an Avida Land community located just 12 minutes away from the famed in Antipolo church.
I was surprised to find out that Avida Land is an Ayala Land company, and if you’re from the Philippines, you know that the Ayalas stand for quality because they’re a Philippine real estate property developer which has a lot of outstanding projects.
Anyway, it truly is wonderful to live in Antipolo, because I get to enjoy the cool and clean mountain air. Plus, there’s the well-known May festival, where some devotees even make a pilgrimage to Antipolo. And not only that, I even get to have my fill of delicious goodies such as suman, kasoy, and yummy bico.
Anyway, getting back to my aunt and her OFW friends, she mentioned to me that she has a budget of about P2.5 million. Fortunately, the different house model units I saw in St. Gabriel Antipolo were well within my aunt’s price range. I wish I had taken my camera to shoot a few photos of the houses. Luckily, though, I found great-looking pictures in AntipoloProperties.com so I showed that to my aunt and uncle.
They asked me what’s the best way to get to Avida Antipolo, so I told them that if they’re coming from Ortigas Avenue, all they have to do is take the regular route towards Antipolo, but instead of heading straight for the church, they should turn right at the Elliptical Road and head for Teresa, Antipolo.
Once you get past Shopwise, just continue onwards until you see the Flying-V gas station. The road will fork, so hang a right and drive onwards for about 7 minutes, or so. You’ll see the Avida Communities Antipolo on the right, just before the road dips down towards Rizal.
I was fortunate to have Jhoanna as my guide, because she knows the property quite well, and she’s also fun to speak with. I’m sure she and my aunt will get along just fine.
Anyway, I’ll bring my aunt to see what could be her dream house and lot in Antipolo soon. I’m sure she’ll love the place and will be proud to finally own a tranquil place she can come home to at the end of each wonderful day.
Have You Ever Thought About Crafty Bed Sheets
by admin on Nov.28, 2008, under Uncategorized
But, like water it does flow, information, like living organisms want to be free. Thus, the information just like water stopped in the river by beavers, well, eventually it will find a way, it always does. Communication is about the transfer of information, and it is important for all companies, and organizations to do communication audits to insure the right information is being passed on.
There is little doubt that the business world locally, nationally and globally has been forever changed by the information age. The future of communication will show us more of the same, just as “The Road Ahead” predicted over a decade ago. But, what will these new technologies be that increase communication in business speed of transmission and bandwidth be like? Remember it was not long ago you were chugging along on your dial-up access on your 286 IBM Clone computer and you were quite amazed at its abilities when it first came out.
Soon, we will have super small devices that operate by voice and eventually by thought. So, I guess the question you should be asking since all this is coming fast is; Have you considered how you will use this technology to do all you do better in your business? Well, think about it for a second, you can collaborate on designs. But that’s not all this technology will do and there will be entrepreneurs and innovators bringing you new applications for these new fantastic business communication tools, as fast as they can think them up.
Bed sheets seem to be the latest fad. As little ones, we had no idea what 300, or even 800 thread count meant! We just knew that they sure smelled good after hanging on the line all day. Didn’t sleeping on that bare mattress feel uncomfortable? Buying bed sheets online are now one of the easiest and most convenient ways for making your sleep better with great beddings and sheets. Here are some pointers to remember in buying great bed sheets online.
First, the size is an essential factor as you select which bed sheets to buy. In the past, bed sheets usually came in standard sizes such as Full, Queen and King. What I do know about is the 500 to 800 thread count sheets that you will find in 5 star hotels that pride themselves on comfort and excellence. TPI or the thread count per inch would be how many threads there are for every square inch of the material of the bed sheet.
You don’t have to wait until you are traveling to have the 5-star experience. In addition, a store specializing in bed and linens is a good place to look. I hear you - that is gross. Have you browsed through a lot of online shopping stores to buy unique products on the web? SalwarKameezIndia.
They are also made in varying sizes so that you can select one that is perfect for even a small area. However you should decide on the size of your area rug before you even go window shopping.
They can bring warmth to a dull and boring looking area in your home. In addition they are an inexpensive way to decorate your home.
With all of these reasons in mind the only main thing that you will need to remember is not to go overboard and buy all the round rugs that you come across. There are many different types of rugs that you can use in your homes today. These rugs include Oriental, Persian, shag pile and Capel rugs.

by admin on Nov.27, 2008, under Uncategorized
Most people have never really even though about making their own homemade chocolate,; they just buy chocolate bars or chocolate cookies at the store and don’t think twice about it. But people have been making homemade chocolate for hundreds of years. Some people think that homemade chocolate tastes much better than commercial chocolate. And who doesn’t love getting a special chocolate treat that was made just for them?
For people that have special medical conditions or dietary challenges that make it unhealthy for them to eat commercial chocolate that is loaded with sugar and fat making homemade chocolate is a good way for them to be able to enjoy having some chocolate without having to worry about the health problems that they would face from eating commercially made chocolate.
People that have severe allergies to things that are often found in commercially made chocolate, like nuts, have to be extremely careful about the types and brands of commercially made chocolate that they eat and many prefer to make homemade chocolate so that they know it’s free of any nuts or nut products.
This is a huge concern for people that have diabetes because chocolate can wreak havoc with a diabetic’s blood sugar levels. Many doctors recommend that people who suffer from Diabetes give up chocolate all together or only eat sugar free chocolate. Since it can be hard to find sugar free chocolate that is tasty and not expensive making homemade sugar free chocolate is a great alternative for diabetics. Learn How To Find A Diet That Works
by admin on Nov.27, 2008, under Uncategorized
Stay up to date with the latest research on Diets that work by reading the present article. Hopefully it will provide you with helpful information.
Many people need to drop weight, and lots of people are always on the look out for diet plans that work. It’s not really difficult to find diets that work, but finding a diet you can stick with is the issue. The diet industry is huge. With books, diet food programs, trainers and nutritionists, spas, and all the other elements of the health and diet industry a lot of money, over 46.8 billion dollars in 2005, is made not from people becoming healthy or losing weight, but rather from people trying to become healthy or lose weight. Because repeat business brings in the cash, the focus is naturally on methods and products that work for a short period but result in return business.
Here’s a diet that works. Combine limiting caloric intake to 1000 calories a day with at least 30 minutes of exercise at least five times a week. That diet will result in losing weight. Only two small problems. #1 cravings will likely foil the diet. Sooner or later, particularly after intense work outs, those 1000 calories won’t be enough to satisfy. One piece of cake, or just one bag of chips, or one extra hamburger will soon motivate you to ending the diet. #2 the diet eventually ends. You soon go back to eating the identical old way. Next beach season, or next time to wear that dress or tuxedo, or next vacation, or simply the next time you glance at a looking glass on the way out of the bathroom it will be once again be diet time.
The best diet is a forever diet. More and more people are coming to realize that to lose weight it’s best to make a whole lifestyle change, including healthier eating habits and more exercise. Connie Guttersen created the Sonoma Diet which, as a base, focuses on ten “power foods.” The power foods are almonds, bell peppers, blueberries, broccoli, grapes, olive oil, spinach, strawberries, tomatoes and whole grains, combined with the diet of the Sonoma country, which includes Asian, Latin American and Mediterranean influences. The diet includes a wide variety of real, and enjoyable foods so it’s easy to remain on it .
Want a diet that works? Move your mind from a short term diet to a long term style that’s part of an overall healthy and active lifestyle. That’s the way to not only lose the weight, but to avoid gaining it in the first place.I’m glad you have found this article I hope you found the information above all useful.

by admin on Nov.26, 2008, under Uncategorized
Although the price of oil makret has fallen from recent highs - fact is, price of oil will rise again. It’s all cyclical - but when it rises it hurts.
And when you throw in Global Warming, we’re all aheaded to a path that we must fix.
Due to that … products like WaterForGas, Gas4Free and RunYourCarOnWater have sprung and do offer altermatives that can improve your gas mileage and emit less carbo foot-print.
Below are a couple of reviews of the products just mentioned -
WaterForGas
“In order to determine the cost of all Water4Gas parts I’ve searched a couple of internet stores for you. Some stores will charge you more than $100 for each part! Do not fall for this trick. Because of the increasing popularity of this technology, many people try to rip off trustful people by offering ridiculously overpriced products. In fact, most of the Water4Gas parts can be bought each for $20 or even less.”=> Portion of Article From Ezinearticles - Oliver Mason
Gas4Free
“We have also found people who have implemented and installed these systems that use HHO to power their automobiles, and they are saying it works. We have also done our part and installed the Gas4Free system in our vehicle, and everything has been working fine for many months now.”=>Portion of article from ezinearticles - Thomas Richards
RunYourCaronWater
“In order to run your car on water, you’ll be required to channel this Brown Gas to your gas tank, mix it with your gasoline. By doing this, you are virtually using water (which is converted into Brown Gas) to run y our car and have more fuel to run your car. With current technology, even though it is impossible to run your car purely on Brown Gas, by mixing it together with your gasoline, your gas mileage will be improved from 10-50% (depending on the brown gas to gasoline composition).” => Portion of article from ezinearticles - Rick Burton”
Lastly, the key to these products is - water is part of a component used to generate HHO Gas to run your car more efficiently!
Payday loans - the pluses and minuses
by admin on Nov.26, 2008, under Uncategorized
Payday loans can be useful for helping you get through a temporary cash crunch. Your car breaks down and you do not have transportation to get to office. And getting to office is essential if you are to continue getting that paycheck.
In such situations, payday loans can be lifesavers. However, they should be used with caution.
The loan period is quite short — typically a couple of weeks to three weeks. Basically, these loans are meant to tide you over till your next payday. And in most cases, the amount borrowed is just a few hundred dollars.
Getting these loans is fairly easy. You write a check for the amount of the loan plus a fee stipulated by the lender. This check is given to the lender and when you are ready to repay the loan, they just cash the check.
One of the attractions of a these loans is that they are often available even to those who have poor credit scores — they function as short-term bad credit loans to help meet an emergency.
Payday loans carry a high interest rate. The APRs are often 400%++. That’s astonishingly high. However, if you are only borrowing a few hundred dollars, the absolute amount of the interest won’t be much provided you repay on the due date.
Therein lies the problem with a payday advance — you do NOT have to repay on due date (usually). You can choose to roll over the loan. And that is where the danger starts.
Once you roll over a loan, you are charged fresh fees, often at a rate higher than what applied to the original loan. If you keep rolling over the loan, the fees accumulate — very rapidly.
And before you know it, you are neck deep in debt with no visible way out.
This is why payday loans should be used only as short term borrowings. As long as you repay the loan at your next payday, the risk you face is limited. If not, you face an open-ended liability that can lead to serious financial problems.
What Day Traders Can Learn From Sesame Street
by admin on Nov.24, 2008, under Uncategorized
I wake up at 7:00am in the morning, and I rarely expect to learn a new lesson in day trading before heading to the office. This morning, however, was different. I often join my kids in the living room watching Sesame Street, and, today, while sitting on the couch with my coffee trying to wake up, I was greeted with a bit of wisdom that all day traders should keep in mind: a lesson about the value of practice and persistence.
On the show, a young boy was trying to learn how to skate, but after 2-3 faltering strides, he falls down. Instead of crying or giving up, the boy maintains a positive attitude and says, “Practicing tomorrow I’ll be better than today.” The next day, he manages to take 3-4 strides before falling down, saying once again: “Practicing tomorrow I’ll be better than today.” The boy practices every day, and each day he manages to take a few more steps. Finally, one day he stays on his feet the enter time, and even shows off a bit, proving that he can skate like a seasoned professional. At the end of this small episode, he looks in the camera and tells my children and me: “See? Don’t give up too easily. There are some things you need to practice before you can do them. Practice every day and you will get better every day.”
While the simplicity of this lesson suggests that it is only for children, too many day traders prove through their actions that they need to hear it as well. Many traders, and not just beginners, give up too easily. They start trading, but after only a few losses in a row, they give up, looking for another strategy. They fall for the old paradigm which says that “If you don’t make money immediately, change the strategy.” As I’ve said many times before, if you don’t give your trading strategy enough time to work, you won’t know whether the problem is in the strategy itself, in a market slump, or simply bad luck. The key to successful day trading is in maintaining a consistent plan, and abandoning a plan too quickly will never teach you anything. You won’t know whether the plan is really designed for the long rather than the short term, whether the problem was in your entry or exit strategy, or any other details that can help you revise how you trade.
The child who continued to practice skating never quit after only a few tries. He never thought that he couldn’t skate simply because he didn’t immediately master the skill. Rather, he knew that he would have to fail a number of times before he could recognize and adjust what he was doing wrong.
Traders who find themselves giving up on their strategies very quickly, or who are constantly changing strategies looking for one that works on the first or second try, need to remember this young boy. He should remind us of two things that, as day traders, we should never forget:
1.) Practice!
Don’t jump with both feet into the water. Backtest your strategies. Practice on a paper trading account. Start small and trade with one contract first. The boy would never have succeeded if he tried to skate like a champion on his first try.
2.) Don’t give up too easily!
Losses are part of our business. Don’t expect to make millions in your first week of trading. “Practicing tomorrow I will be better than today.” Learn from your successes and learn from your mistakes, and pledge to become a better trader every day. The boy knew that a failure today could turn into more success tomorrow, and he reminded himself of that each time he had a setback.
Sesame Street may not offer you the most timely stock tips, but it can definitely teach you how not to sabotage yourself and your strategies by abandoning them too early or expecting success too quickly.

Dog Heart Murmur Symptoms
by admin on Nov.24, 2008, under Uncategorized
When a dog has a heart murmur, what this indicates is that there is abnormal blood flow within the dog’s heart. This can be caused by a change in the heart valves and their function, or a number of other potential causes. Dog heart murmur symptoms may be caused by an abnormal communication between the left side and the right side of the heart. There are a number of things that may cause this, as they may be congenital or present from birth, or acquired which means the heart was affected after birth because of age or disease. There are two types of heart murmurs in dogs, benign murmurs which do not concern the health of the dog, and much more serious heart murmurs which may indicate the development of congestive heart failure in dogs.
Dog heart murmur symptoms often include coughing, poor exercise ability, bluish tinge to the gums or tongue, labored breathing and even fainting. While some of these symptoms can be linked to other health issues, and the symptoms are the same between benign heart murmurs and the more severe forms, you should consult a veterinarian any time you have a concern about your dog’s health. Some of these symptoms can be easily missed, including poor exercise ability and even a bluish tinge to the gums. If you have any suspicion that your dog may be suffering from issues relating to a heart murmur, canine heart disease or the development of congestive heart failure, contact your vet immediately for an official diagnosis.
These are symptoms that indicate that something serious is going on with your dog’s health. The best way to identify the source and severity of the dog’s heart murmur is to conduct a thorough physical examination by a veterinarian, however sometimes additional testing is needed including a heart ultrasound, blood testing, an EKG and chest x-rays. The ultrasound offers a particularly enticing list of benefits because it allows your veterinarian to measure the extent of the murmur, defining whatever the cause of the underlying heart disease may be. It is vital that you be able to properly diagnose the cause of your dog’s heart condition because some conditions that cause heart murmurs are treatable, either through surgery or through medication.
If your dog has a congenital heart murmur, surgery may be a viable solution to eliminate the problems it creates. On the other hand, specific types of medication may be necessary because non congenital heart murmurs are often an underlying symptom of congestive heart failure in dogs. You cannot be sure about which treatment is going to be the right path to proceed with until you have consulted the right veterinarian and received advice regarding the health of your dog. You should never leave symptoms like these to chance, because not every heart murmur is benign, and serious changes could be occurring in your dog’s heart.
It is important to share any questions or concerns that you have with your veterinarian, especially when it comes to your dog’s lifestyle and physical condition. If you do not feel comfortable with a diagnosis from your general veterinarian, consider seeking out an opinion from a veterinary cardiologist or internist, as these specialized veterinarians have special training and expertise in these and similar problems.
Cycling Training: Avoid Athlete Burnout
by admin on Nov.23, 2008, under Uncategorized
Careful planning and periods of low intensity may keep an athlete from burning out while training for competition.
Athlete Burnout
Excessive training and a schedule that is simply too full can lead to burnout, to put it in simple terms, An athlete who is engaged in training for a major meet or has a daily schedule of cycling training while preparing for competition must, of course, be very focused. In fact, it is essential that this athlete have training goals at the top of his or her priority list.
However, the athlete that has not other interests or who does not allow time for relaxation is flirting with danger. The spectre of mental or physical breakdown is always there when the schedule pushes beyond reasonable limits.
If this period of overtraining continues the chances increase for the athlete to begin to lose his or her motivation for training. Even if the training methods are innovative and enjoyable at first, the repetition can make training seem stale and, in the athletes mind, unnecessary. Several experts and experienced professionals have considered this phenomena in books and videos that deal with training for competition.
Results Suffer
When boredom or dread becomes part of the mindset during an intense training period, the results will not be what they could be. Athletes even get the feeling of being let down, when they begin to blame other people or factors for their training failures or their poor race results. This is an area that needs to be watched very closely, according to the top running and cycling training professionals.
Those with experience in the field watch for such symptoms as continued fatigue, unusual levels of pain in the muscles, inability to sleep as competition approaches and mood changes. Any of these could be an indication of too much training that is leading to burnout. Talking with an athlete during the later stages of training for a major competition may uncover a general feeling of concern that seems to have no basis in injury or training results.
What Can The Athlete Do?
Any program of exercise or training should start slowly and increase in moderate steps. Training schedules should be upgraded gradually so that the athlete does not get burned out. A good base cycling training program will include only necessary repetition. While repeating actions is essential for athletic success, there is usually a point at which results actually suffer, rather than improve, because of repetition. Alternating short periods of intense work with times of low physical and mental stress may even bring back some of the enthusiasm for training in an athlete that is approaching the trouble zone.
